The magnet on it is awesome. I love being able to attach it to the side of my fridge so that it's always handy. It works great. It's accurate and the price is right. People equate "light weight" as feeling cheap, but the truth is that technology is better now and weighs less. You cant judge by that any more. It doesn't weigh very much, but it's performance over the last month has been great. I cook a lot and have used it a lot. For both meat and bread. I bake a lot of bread. It has stayed accurate and reads temps quickly.

Worked perfectly right away. Within a moment of inserting into meat a reading is given. Fast and easy to read. Seems sturdy.

This is my 3rd one. It’s truly the best one I’ve found. It’s accurate, easy to use and clean. I love it. My only problem with it is they break eventually. The last one I had broke because I accidentally put a pan on top of it on the drying rack and too much water dripped on it, killing it. A battery change did not help. Despite having to be extra careful with it so it doesn’t break, it’s the best out there!

Very accurate. I also use a digital in oven thermometer when making roasts. This works perfectly for smaller thing's, not that it wouldn't also work for that. It's perfect for pan cooking, microwave and many more applications. I also use it for liquidtemperature's that have to be right. DON'T use it for oil or candy they make a thermometer for that.Very happy with my choice of this item.

I like how it lights up and you can see the digital temperature readings easily. I am not sure how much it will last being mostly made out of plastic. The button to open the prong seems a bit flimsy. Time will tell. Overall it looks and feels great.

I replaced an old meet thermometer with this one. It's easy to use, easy to find in the drawer, and the pointy measurement end is safely concealed in the case. The readout panel is large and easy to read. So great that I bought one for my son.
