ThinkDiag2 Has 15+ Poular Maintenance Reset Function
- Oil Light Reset: This allows you to recalculate the engine oil life system after an oil change.
- TPMS Reset: When the car tire pressure fault light is on, after carrying out maintenance, you need to reset the tire pressure through the tire pressure reset function to extinguish the tire pressure fault light.
- Brake pad reset: When the brake pads and brake pad wear sensing line are replaced, the brake pad indicator lights up, after the brake pad sensor line short circuit is repaired, or after the servo motor is replaced, the reset needs to be done.
- SAS Calibration: Calibrate the steering angle sensor and clear the fault memory.
- Battery Reset: It is to use Thinkdiag2 to perform a reset process on the monitoring unit of the car battery, clear the original fault information about the battery being low, make it match again, and let the monitoring unit monitor with the relevant information of the existing battery as the standard.
- ABS Bleeding: When the ABS system contains air, the brake system needs to be exhausted through the ABS exhaust function to restore the ABS system braking sensitivity. The ABS bleed function is required when replacing the ABS computer, ABS pump, brake master pump, brake sub-pump, brake lines, and brake fluid.
- ETS Learning: Initializes the throttle actuator to restore the "learning" values stored on the ECU to their default state.
- D-P-F regeneration: Generally, D-P-F regeneration matching is required when the exhaust back pressure sensor is replaced, the particulate trap is removed or replaced, the fuel additive nozzle is removed or replaced, the catalytic oxidizer is removed or replaced, the DPF regeneration fault light is illuminated and matched after repair, and the D-P-F regeneration control module is repaired and replaced, mainly to remove the trap performance by using combustion oxidation on a regular basis Always maintain the best stability.
- Injector Coding: usually in the replacement of ECU, the injector nozzle, is required to confirm the code of each cylinder nozzle or re-code. So that the cylinder can better identify each cylinder nozzle, and more accurate control or correction of the amount of fuel injection of each cylinder.
- Sunroof initialization: This function can set the sunroof locking off, closing when it rains, memory function of sliding/tilting sunroof, outside temperature threshold, etc.
- E-G-R Adaption: This function can be used for self-learning after E-G-R (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) valve cleaning or replacement
- Suspension Matching: When replacing the body height sensor in the air suspension system, after the control module or when the car is leveled incorrectly, this function needs to be performed to adjust the body height sensor for level calibration.
- Transmission Learning: When the transmission is disassembled or repaired (after the battery is disconnected in some car models), it will lead to shift delay or shock problem, then this function needs to be performed to make the transmission compensate automatically according to the driving conditions in order to achieve a more comfortable and ideal shift quality.

The ECU coding function is used to reflash the vehicle control module, which allows you to match repaired or replaced components to the ECU. It can activate the hidden functions for VW, for AUDI, for BENZ, and for BMW models.

The Thinkdiag2 app is well-designed, too. It’s easy to navigate, and even if you’re not super familiar with diagnostic tools, the app’s layout helps make sense of what’s going on.One of the best features? Excellent for the price. Paid for itself already. I was able to program 5 IMMO Chip keys and 2 Smart Fobs for my 2008 Nissan Rogue SL with proximity system and Immobilizer. Now I have keyless entry working and can start my vehicle while keys are in the vehicle without having to put the key in the ignition. I have keyless entry, smart Fobs, but no push to start. But I can just turn the ignition to start. A local locksmith wanted to charge me 75 just to code my smart keys, but not the Fobs, and not my keys with the Fobs on the head. For this particular IMMO/Ignition system the FOB Head Keys will only work as a door and ignition key. You can not program the remotes with this model Rogue. It needs the Smart Fobs. I will go buy 3 more Smart Fobs to have as backup Fobs. The FOB Head Keys are now my spare keys in case I lose my Smart Key Fobs. I just received the ThinkDiag 2 device a few hours ago to test it's IMMO capabilities. I have not had a chance to use it as a scan tool yet. You will have to use an Android or Apple device, best to use a smart phone and download the application from your respective Play Store. The unit plugs into your vehicle's OBD port and then you connect to the device via Bluetooth. It appears that it only comes with 1 year of advanced services already included. I do not know the price for additional years yet. But for the price this is Wondertastic. If using it to program IMMO, keys and FOBs for compatible vehicles it will pay for itself with just programming 1 or 2 keys and/or FOBs. Programming can run you $50 to $500 per key or FOB depending on the shop, technician, locksmith or dealership that you visit. I had ordered a $500 key programming device along with this one. But after this one did all I needed, I was able to cancel my order for the $500 programmer. You get a lot of features with this device. I cannot wait to test it as a scan tool and see what else it can handle on my and friends' vehicles. Excellent Automotive Diagnostic Device and Key and FOB IMMO programmer for it's price. Great Value. I recommend for your tool box.

Estoy contento con mi compra, el paquete llegó sellado, la presentación es elegante caja bien cuidada, la funda tiene calidad duradera es perfecta para la conservación del escáner,Viene sencillamente con un cable obd2 suficiente para cualquier auto del 95-23, las funciones internas son demasiadas, no solo es lÃnea de datos y lectura de códigos, si no que tiene funciones de un escáner incluso de alta gama, como acción de componentes entre otros, está genial no puedo pedir más por lo que pagué, y creo que el único punto en contra serÃa el tener que renovar licencia al año aunque vale completamente la pena hacerlo, otra cosa serÃa se ocupa wifi para iniciar un diagnóstico aunque hoy en dÃa eso no es un gran problema. Le doy 5 de 5 estrellas.
