I bought this to clean the tops of threaded rods in a newly poured foundation. It did the trick by removing concrete and chamfering the threads making the washers and nuts start effortlessly. Beats a wire brush and a file by a mile for my application!

used commercial worked 2 hr the head just spun on the shaft useless ......so the company reached out to me to see what happened I explained and after speaking (email) I probably over worked it with no cool down time and I wasn't using cutting oil which is why it failed because up till then it worked great so customer service was great and their sending a new one out and I'm sure treating it properly will make it last
