This tool is a universal shut off for water cutoff valves at the street. In the event of broken pipes in emergencies it's good to be able to shut down all the water flow. It's sturdy, easy to use and can be used to lift the heavy concrete cover off the valve as well. Get one !

First fire I went on after getting this I used it to shut off gas, pull siding and rip a roof vent off. Great little tool and it’s cheap enough to replace easily if lost on fire grounds

While the material is durable steel, the length is too short to get any leverage to turn either the gas or water valves.

Why so expensive! We will probably buy something cheaper for our safety committee in our senior Mobil home park.
