This are by far the easiest kayak racks we have used! Love them. They are pricey but with it. They are sturdy and fit on our rack nice. And they lock !

These racks are simple to install and easy to to setting up for carrying kayaks or folding down when not in use. They look great and are very sturdy. If you have aero-bars, these are a must!

Works with Thule Tracrac!!!For those who don’t know the cross bar on the Tracrac and other Thule ladder racks are very wide and most rack accessories will not fit around them. This kayak carrier uses t bolts that fit perfectly into the slot in the Tracrac and I’d imagine thules other ladder racks.Very expensive in my opinion but it’s the only kayak carrier I could find that fits the Tracrac system without modification and it’s extremely easy to use.

I was initially skeptical about this product because of the fact that it has such a big price but I no longer have any concerns about that area because this product is probably going to last the rest of my life. It's so sturdy and well made that I would consider it a lifetime product. I will be replacing the car and the kayak one day but I will never have to replace this carrier. It's not too hard to install, my husband did that and he had in all finished up in less than 30 minutes, it should have installed much faster but he was being as slow as he could be while talking to a buddy lol. It fits perfectly in every single way and holds the kayak securely- there is zero danger of it coming loose. If you are an avid Kayaker this is the one you want because it's made to last and does it's job. 4 big stars! We are very impressed & pleased.

Exactly as advertised! The kit did come with adapters for round and square crossbars as well though. I actually have a yakima jetstream crossbars, but the channel that the kayak mount slides into is the same width as in the Thule Aero, so the instructions remain the same for either rack which is nice. The only downside is that the levers that you use as the nut of the rack turn in 180* sets so there isn’t an exact torque to tighten them down. That being said, they fit snugly without wobbling. It was a good alternative given the similar yakima ones were unavailable at a reasonable price.

The T bolts will not fit as they are too wide for the tracone rack. THe are just like the ones from Rhino Rack. Thule lied to us on the phone and cost us a day of our vacation.

Un prodotto top per i porta-kayak. Solo potrebbe essere poco agevole posare il kayak sulla staffa. Nel caso sarebbe meglio dotarsi di dispositivo di assistenza al carico come i rulli con ventose da posizionare sul lunotto posteriore.

Die Verarbeitung könnte teilweise etwas besser sein(Schlossdeckel),aber sonst gut anzubringen am Grundtrager(Thule Wingbar Evo) ,gute Handhabung,guter Halt für die Boote! Es passen 2 Boote gut nebeneinander.

Es un producto de calidad, el exterior es puro plástico, pero se siente metálico en el interior, es pesado y robusto, solo tiene 2 posiciones, cerrado y abierto en angulo de 110 grados aprox, no se puede abrir a 90 grados, por lo que solo sirve para fijar 1 kayak. Me funciono mu bien con el kayak Lifetime Spitfire 12’ y este pesa alrededor de 38 kg
