I am a completely out of touch middle-manager and I like to hand these out to under-paid employees when I see them doing anything other than playing on their phones. This allows me to feel like I am doing something to positively affect morale, while actually deepening the divide between my coworkers and I. I would have given 6 stars but seriously, no black thumbs? Kinda racist.

Bought these for a costume party to give to participants. Kind of a fun and quirky way to give thanks to participating contestants. When I walk around the building, I've seen of these little 'thumbs-up' on desk.

This product made recognizing all employees in a staff meeting fun! I would highly recommend, especially if you need to be economical because you have to pay for these kinds of things yourself. Cute thumbs, and love all of the colors!

Started randomly passing these along for a task completed or a job well done. They are colorful and my team at work actually started trying to over collect them in some sort of friendly competition. They’re a cute but different way to recognize folks.

I use these for rewards. They are about 7/8 of an inch, made of hard plastic with many colours. Not safe for young children or those who love to put things in their mouths.
