Exactly what I was looking for. I'm training to dunk a basketball (I'm 5'10) and I like training the tibialis anterior muscle to help with injury prevention. I feel like this unilateral tib bar is better than a bilateral tib bar because it gives the exercise more instability, strengthening some of the smaller, stabilizing ankle muscles too. Its plenty sturdy and the price is great.

The best tib exerciser so far. The dual tib bars were hard for this clumsy old man to use, requiring getting my feet in place, then scooting back on a bench so the feet hang. The $200 tib machine felt like the heels did a lot of the work and it was heavy and took up a lot of floor space. This single foot exerciser is perfect. I can easily adjust how far my toes slide in. It is sort of wiggly which may be an advantage to develop stability ankle/ foot/ knee stability.

It didn’t come with instructions so I was a bit confused but the instructions are in the product page and it’s actually pretty simple.

Fits nicely on my foot. I thought I would need to wear shoes but even without shoes it doesn’t feel like it will slip offThe metal feels very sturdy and I like the Velcro strap. The one thing I didn’t realize was the metal piece that holds the weight is the same size in diameter as the barbell so you can only put on weight that fits on barbells. But luckily I had some weight lying around so it’s perfect. The product comes with the clip which is nice. I was a little worried it wouldn’t

It’s cheaply machined mystery metal covered in jagged edges requiring filing. The Velcro on the strap will rip off. The cheap, soft buckle will bend and break. The strap itself holds nothing in place and it can’t accommodate a size 11, male Nike monarch. Loaded with any weight, it flops around like a fish.Other than that it’s great. Amazons choice!

It’s a simple design, hard to mess up. But the weight clamp that comes with it slides straight off. I’ve ordered other typically sized clamps (2â€) and they’re to big too. I fixed the issue with some DIY, but it was still annoying. Other than that, it works.

Comfortably fits onto my shoes. I have not had any issues with the strap/clip breaking like others reported. Honestly, its a great tib bar and cheap - don't need to buy the more expensive ones.On my tib bar, the standard plates at the gym fit on it very snugly - so its nearly impossible for the weight to fall off of it, but it does also come with a weight clip as well.

Very well built. Not only good for tibial exercises but also can be used as a weight on feet for ab exercises.

High quality heavy gauge metal. Nice foam padding. Small wrench provided for assembly. Excellent value for quality considering $70 including delivery on prime. Looks identical or better than some of the other ones out there for more money in my opinion

There is nothing to like. Big problem having single strapping across the foot and none around back of the foot, it just slips and falls off continuously.

I like single leg excercises better than two legs, this works for me
