The setup was easy, and the app is intuitive, with smart home integration making it even more convenient. Maintenance is minimal, with a long battery life and easy-to-clean filters..

Was a good purchase for me.I have a house that is only 2 rooms; the upstars ~ 750 ft sq, carpet and the downstairs which is ~ 800 ft sq, carpet & kitchen and bathroom vinyl floors. Unit picks up cat litter and most cat hair from both carpet and vinyl. I run it without the app and it finds it's way around pretty good.I always remove any kitchen chairs and anything that might trap the unit (toy mousers, power cords etc.). I have seen it get stuck under a chair for quite a while. You will learn from experience what might trap the unit. The magnet strip keeps it from falling down the stairs pretty well.I run the unit on a higher vacuum setting than factory setting. Cleans better, but takes more battery power. Will clean the downstairs making multiple passes over most of the area. Charging the battery when run pretty much down takes a while.When starting a clean I pics a spot (usually the bathroom near the litter box and point it to the wall in the corner. This makes sure that it doesn't miss this area. If it does get trapped of fouled it will shut down and have to be restarted as it will not remember where it has been. Typically I let it run until it needs to recharge at which point it may or may not find its way back to the charging station.It is good to turn it over when servicing the filter box and make sure there is nothing fouling the brushes. Easy to clean brushes. It will make a difference in how well it cleans.I use an air sprayer (small compressor) to clean the foam filter and the HEPA filter. This way the filters will last a log time before replacing. If you don't have a compressor you could probably use the canned air for cleaning computer hardware.Prepping the space and putting everything back when finished is the most work and is worth the trouble.I have not used the mop feature yet.

Like the strong suction power but it's noisy. I usually start it before leaving the house to avoid the noise. It does a good enough job to clean. I still do regular deep cleaning with my regular vacuum and steam mop but don't have to be weekly routine now. 2 adults and a dog who goes in and out the house all day. Dirts and grasses are being tracked into the house all the time. This vacuum seems to tackle the daily quick cleaning well. Unable to set it up with my home WiFi since the vacuum software only works on 2.4Ghz.

I bought this product for my hardwood floor in the living room and kitchen. This was the first time I had used a robotic vacuum. Oh my gosh! As soon as the vacuum started vacuuming, I was amazed at how fantastic this one worked. I’d like to share a few good things about this vacuum with anyone who is interested in buying one.First, it is quiet. The machine does not make much noise at all. This is something I really like. It does not distract me from what I am doing. I can still watch TV when it runs.Second, it is light weighted. Some heavy weighted vacuums give me the impression that they can hit hard on furniture, and I don’t like that. This vacuum moves gently and smoothly.The last and most important, it cleans very well. We can walk out through the living room backyard door so we always bring in some dirt or small sands. Not to mention my dog goes back and forth multiple times every day. In the kitchen we always have some food crumbs here and there on the floor. The vacuum can pick them all up. It cleans the room in a zigzag pattern (not randomly moving around) including area rugs. Area rugs are not obstacles to it. Another thing worth mentioning is the vacuum has a small water tank and a small mop attached to it. It can wet clean some spots if you like. As long as you don’t have socks, cell phone chargers etc. on the floor you pretty much can leave the vacuum alone and let it do its work.The Tikom G8000 Pro Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo is really a good product. I like it a lot. If you can get it at a discount price it is totally a bargain.

This little robot really gets the job done. We have a 1050 sq ft condo with laminate, tile and carpet flooring as well as an accent rug in the livingroom. The Tikom easily transitions from the laminate onto the rug without getting hung up. The first time I used it, I thought it wasn't going into the corners and up close to the baseboards, but by letting it do its thing, after it had cleaned all of the floor surfice, it then went around the whole room right up to the baseboards, little side brushes whirling away all the dust, right into the corners. It is also slim enough to go under 3 cabinets that my older version Roomba gets stuck under. I used the mop on the kitchen floor for the first time today and had to adjust the water output to the lowest level so as not to put too much water on the laminate. I didn't think the floor was at all dirty, but when I removed the mop cover, it said otherwise. I also love that the suction is adjustable. I use it on the highest setting for the very dense carpeting in the bedroom and den and it does an amazing job. For the price of this robot in comparison to Roomba and some other brands, I believe it's very good value. Very please with this purchase and would recommend to anyone looking for a robot vacuum.

Ce robot est très silencieux. Son système est visiblement bien pensé : toute les surface de la pièce est nettoyée même quand celle-ci est grande. L'application est très pratique et facile à utiliser mais je n'ai pu encore utiliser toutes les fonctions proposées.Reste à voir dans le temps

J'ai 1 chat et 2 chiens dans la maison, Ça marche très bien pour nettoyer les poils d'animaux ! bon rapport prix et qualité, attention : si vous mis respirateur et balayage en fonction en même temps, recharge la batterie 100%, mode respiration et balayer moyen , le temps duré 60 à 65 minutes pas de 150minutes(peut-être en fonction que pour balayer en puissance basse). App très pratique pour contrôler , recommande à tous!

Das Modell G8000 Pro mit Wischfunktion ist gute 5 Tage in meiner 4-Raum-Wohnung rauf- und runtergefahren, wodurch ich einige positive wie negative Punkte festgestellt habe sowie ein klares Fazit für alle mit geringem Budget ziehen kann.---- Das sind Vorteile für mich ----+ Ausreichend viel Saugleistung: Mit einer Saugkraft von 4.500 Pa auf dem Papiert entfernt der Tikom G8000 Pro effektiv Staub und Schmutz von Böden und Teppichen. Zwar nicht 100%ig, aber sehr zufriedenstellend. Beim Befahren meiner ca. 1 cm hohen Teppiche setzte der Teppich-Boost (höchste Saugstufe) schnell und zuverlässig ein. Das klappt selbst bei wesentlich preisintensiveren Saugrobotern oft nur zeitverzögert.+ Wischfunktion integriert: Im Grunde sollte eine Wischfunktion mittlerweile zum Standard gehören. Bei niedrigen Preisen können viele Modelle aber doch nur saugen. Der G8000 Pro kann in Anbetracht des Preises wischen und/oder saugen. In der App lassen sich vier Saug- und drei Wischstufen einstellen. Wer möchte, kann den Robotersauger also auch nur auf Wischtouren schicken inkl. Zonenreinigung, zeitliche vordefinierte Reinigung, Raumauswahl etc.+ Navigiert zielsicher: Ob es die Fahrt zur Station ist, die Erstkartierung der Wohnung oder die Kantenreinigung - der G8000 Pro kennt meiner Erfahrung nach kaum Navigationsprobleme und das auch ohne modernem LiDAR-Turm auf dem Rücken. Probleme habe ich beim Unterfahren von Esstischen mit vielen Stuhlbeinen bemerkt, was aber generell nicht einfach zu händeln ist.+ Umfangreicheres Zubehör: Er wird mit reichlich Zubehör geliefert: darunter zwei Ersatz-Seitenbürsten, ein Ersatzwischpad, eine Fernbedienung, ein HEPA-Ersatzfilter, Kabelbinder und mehr. Das ist aus meiner Erfahrung heraus schon recht viel und sorgt dafür, dass man bei Bedarf nicht direkt nachbestellen muss.+ Design und Bauhöhe: Mit einer nachgemessenen Bauhöhe von nur 7,6 cm kann der Tikom G8000 Pro problemlos unter niedrigen Möbeln und - siehe Bilder - auch unter meinem Heizkörper saugen und wischen. Mit der Höhe gehört er im gesamten Markt zu den niedrigsten. Das Design gefällt mir, die Verarbeitung ist auf hohem Niveau. Es quietschte nichts, es gab keine Bauteile, die sich gelöst haben, keine scharfen Kanten. Sind also gerade Kleinkinder im Haus, besteht soweit eigentlich keine Verletzungsgefahr durch das Gehäuse selbst.+ Einfache Einrichtung per App: Die Einrichtung des Saugroboters per App ist weitgehend unkompliziert und dauert ggf. ca. 5 Minuten. Das WLAN-Passwort sollte man bereithalten. Eine E-Mail muss man auch angegeben, um sich zu registrieren. Ist zwar mittlerweile Gang und Gäbe, aber müsste nicht sein, Spam habe ich nicht erhalten.+ Vielfältige Steuermöglichkeiten: Entweder nutzt man sehr eingeschränkt die physischen Tasten oberhalb des Saugroboters, die schon umfangreichere Fernbedienung (Batterien liegen bei) oder die App mit allen Möglichkeiten der individuellen Einstellung. In der App kann das Gerät auch manuell mit Pfeiltasten navigiert werden.+ Geringe Lautstärke: Welche Geräuschkulisse beim saugen entsteht, hängt von der Saugstufe im Wesentlichen ab. Auf höchster Stufe gibt es zwar keine Hörschäden, ich habe ihn trotzdem gerne auf Stufe 3 von 4 fahren lassen. Maximal habe ich 72 dB mit dem Smartphone gemessen. Das Wischen selbst ist geräuschlos soweit.+ Wischpad wechseln: Der Wechseln des Wischpads ist einfach, aber könnte bei neueren Modelle noch einfacher sein. Über Klettverschluss-Technik wird das Pad am Wischtuchhalter befestigt. Kann bisschen knifflig sein, aber alles im Rahmen.+ Wasserabgabe ist zuverlässig: Da ich schon preisintensivere Premium-Marken-Modelle genutzt habe, kann ich sagen, dass hier beim G8000 Pro die Wasserabgabe sehr gut funktioniert. Eventuell auch deswegen, weil der 280 ml Wassertank händisch befüllt wird und nicht über eine Reinigungsstation.---- Das sind Nachteile für mich ----- Begrenzte Akkulaufzeit: Ist vielleicht meckern auf hohem Niveau, aber durchschnittlich musste der Akku nach 150 min. geladen werden, wobei die Fahrt zur Reinigungsstation völlig problemlos verläuft. Kein nerviges, langes Drehen im Kreis bzgl. der Orientierung. Wer ein großes Haus besitzt verlangt ggf. nach mehr Laufzeit. Bei Wohnungen bis 130 Quadratmeter sollte es aber reichen. Ein Akku mit 5.000 mAh und höher wäre sehr sinnvoll.- Wischpad nicht mehr up-to-date: Leichte Verschmutzungen oder klebende Reste werden spätestens nach mehrmaligem Überfahren vom waschbaren Wischpad aufgenommen. Für grobe, hartnäckige Flecken fehlt der Anpressdruck. Drehende Wischmopps sind zwar empfehlenswerter, stehen aber einem Kauf nicht im Weg.---- Mein deutliches Fazit ----Es gibt geringe Schwächen wie ein Wischad (nicht vibrierend), was im Groben sein Arbeit macht, aber mittlerweile durch rotierende Wischmopps verdrängt wird. Guckt man auf den Preis muss man ganz eindeutig sagen, dass der Tikom Saug- und Wischroboter ein hervorragenes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis bietet. Navigationsprobleme kennt er fast gar nicht, die Saugkraft ist vollkommen ausreichend und mit der Tuya-App lassen sich sehr viele Einstellungen vornehmen!
