The Timpano TPT-DH175 SLIM is a 1″ phenolic dome compression driver specially designed to offer a smooth extended frequency response over a broad band, from mids to highs, with very high efficiency.
Easy to install anywhere, even on car doors. In addition, the small diameter of the compression driver allows simple installation at the front. This shallow horn driver can deliver space filling sound at extremely high SPL levels, a great choice for high output for custom car audio systems.
Ideal for compact 2 or 3-way systems. The 4.5″ x 4.5″ shallow horn produces a controlled 60° x 60° dispersion pattern to reduce unwanted reflections in a very wide dispersion as a super tweeter. Designed for car audio door panels.

Used them to replace a single horn that went bad. I have been using them since November and i haven’t had any issues since, they work extremely good

This is a well-built mid to high frequency driver that sounds great when used with the supplied 4.7 uF polypropylene capacitor, resulting in a crossover point of 4046 Hz plus/minus 5% (4232-4678 Hz).
