For the price, the build quality is great. The bubble level attaches with 3 screws to the metal base rather than double sided tape. A small thing, but more attention to detail. It comes pre drilled to mounting the arms close or at the very edge of the plate. Metal is plenty thick gauge wise. Just did my first set of wheel balancing on my Honda PC800 shaft drive bike. Plenty of room for the wheels. I mounted and balanced both wheels so it's already paid for itself vs 20-30 bucks per wheel. Because motorcycle tires are so narrow and light, there is no need for a dynamic electronic balance 90% of the time. Only time u need that is if u have a vibration or wobble issue. Remember to line up the valve stem mark on the tire with the stem. It's usually a colored ink dot of some type.Weights not included.

Updated,seller replaced it promptly with no issue.Double checked the last wheel I balanced and thankfully it was still ok.Original:I noticed one of the legs is not welded correctly, this makes me wonder if that 1st wheel I did is correct,I’m going to see if they will send me a replacement.Will update the review if yes.You better have some patience with this style of balancer. Apply the wheel weights with masking tape a little at a time until you get it where you want it then you can apply the weights permanently.It took me prob 20-30 min to get the front wheel where I felt good about it.One thing to remember, be sure to order the smaller incremental weights, 1/2oz pr segment is too much for motorcycle tires.

Would have liked to receive all the parts shown in the instructions. I was missing four (4) locknuts for the feet.Would of liked it if the instructions didn't start on section 4.1...makes me think I'm missing sections 1, 2 and 3

Seems to work great, idk what the extra pieces that go on the main shaft are I just use the cones. But works pretty good had the bike up to 130mph (closed course obviously 😶â€ðŸŒ«ï¸) and was nice and smooth after I balanced with this

Very satisfied with the sturdiness and performance of this balance stand. This would have been a 5 star review had it not been missing a set of lock nuts for the feet. Luckily I had a perfectly level counter to set it on.
