This is an awesome little tool if you have very little room to cleanly cut a brake line. I had no trouble flaring the ends of the lines I cut with this. Also, make sure you get a good flaring tool, not just the cheap ones you have to put in a vise (and cross your fingers) to get good flares.

It works really well, it wratchets, makes it easyer to cut the pipping, well built it is small. I recomend it for cutting breaklines.

It does exactly what it says. It's a bit interesting to work it out, but once you have the hang of it, you will be cutting brake line quicker than ever.
