Works well for my husband who had a stroke and is paralyzed on the whole right side. I put a small piece of non skid rug/shelf liner on the pedal...no brace so it bends his ankle naturally!!! They should use this at rehab! The mat keeps the machine very stable!

That machine runs and sometimes wants to move away from you. The mat keeps it close and a bit quieter. I really like mine and think it was totally worth it.

I have vinal plank floors and before I ordered this mat, the exerciser would move. Thus making much exercising much harder. Love this mat. Just the right size.

I bought this item to go with the exerciser thought would be a good idea. Actually is a good idea but not this one it’s about 1/8 inch thick it slides all over the floor while you are using the machine it was $16.95 so they are not giving them away. But go buy one that is thicker this one is a total waste of money. But you do need one under the machine while in use just not this one it sucks doubt it I’ll last very long
