If you just need a thin mat to provide some protection for your floor, this should do it. Be aware that it’s pretty thin (see photo comparing it to a pack of gum) and I’m not sure how long it will end up lasting. It has decent grip and fits my mini stepper just fine without much room to spare.

This mat did not work for me. First, it is rather small for my mini-bike. It doesn't stick to either carpet or our laminate flooring well enough to do any good. It just slides as soon as you put any force on the bike. It is also quite thin.

Got my 96 year old father a small elliptical pedal machine to help with circulation. This fits great under it and keeps it from sliding on the wood floor.

Not sure why but we find our step elipical still travels across this mat.

This pad stopped the pedals from slipping on the hardwood floor, making it much easier and productive to use them. Just laid it down, set the pedals on top, and the days of slowing slouching and sliding down off of the seat to keep our feet on the pedals were over. Am sure that exercised some different set of muscles, but we’re happy to be using mostly the ones we intended instead.

This mat has really good grip and doesn’t slip! I do wish it was a little bigger, but it JUST fits and prevents my elliptical from moving. It’s really thick good quality material!

I think I misunderstood what this was for when I ordered it. I'm using it as a countertop protector near a mini fridge as a kind of large coaster. As a mat it's true to dimensions, quite soft, and not going anywhere. So for supporting an elliptical on a hard floor it seems like a good idea. Even in my application it's working well, though I'm not sure the material is super durable.
