I’ve tried out quite a few of these non-slip exercise equipment mats and this one is by far the very best! Unlike all the other mats, this one has that awesome tightly-spaced, super grippy, non-slip silicone texture on both sides!The bottom side is non-slip on my tile floor and the top side is non-slip under my exercise equipment. Nothing is shifting around even when I’m going to town on my under-desk elliptical machine’s highest speed.In comparison, I’ve had other mats that are only non-slip on the bottom, and find that my enthusiastic legwork ends up pushing my elliptical further and further away from me as it slides across the mat so I have to stop exercising, get up, and pull it back again. I’m done with those mats! This is the only exercise mat I want to use under my equipment from here on out. If you’ve been looking for a truly non-slip mat with serious staying power, this is the one!

I needed a little mat to go under a balance exerciser so that I was not ruining my carpet.This man definitely serves its purpose, and it’s not slip so it’s exactly as described.The size is small, and it is very lightweight, but it seems to be durable. I would say the thickness is very average.My only complaint is considering the material, and how small it is, and then it’s just a tiny mat to go under exercise equipment. I think it should probably be half the price, so it’s not really the best deal for the money.

This keeps my Elliptical machine in one place, no sliding, moving, or bunching up. It is much better than the mat that came with the machine which rarely stays in place.I rent so it is important I do not damage the floors, and it is easier to exercise properly if the unit stays where I put it.The mat is textured on both sides and looks good. It is the right size and a deep solid black, it does not look washed out like the one I had.I recommend anyone who gets the popular elliptical machine to use this mat instead of the one that comes with it.

I got this mat to place under a small, under desk elliptical machine. Even though the elliptical machine does not move while using, I wanted to add a layer of protection between the machine and the carpet or wood floor (depending on where we are using it).The mat is very thin, easy to wipe clean, and easy to roll up when not in use. The size is perfect for my machine. The only reason for four stars is that it is a bit more expensive than similar mats. I'm not sure what the differentiator is with this mat that justifies costing a few extra dollars.

Grabbed this to use under a little elliptical cycler machine I recently got. I didn't feel the one that came with it was the best. This one is much better quality. It's bigger & thicker, textured, pliable but sturdy... my machine is really quiet but this will help to absorb any vibrations from it.Regular price $ 17.99 per the listing is a good value, this should last a long time. But as I always say, watch for a sale/coupon, browse listings...As always I only do honest reviews and update if needed. I hope this helps you makle the best choices how to spend your $.

I use my elliptical trainer in manual mode, which means my leg muscles push the pedals around. This mat was supposed "to provide a [sic] extremely stable base," according to the product description. It doesn't. It actually moves quite a lot. I can barely get through 100 pedal strokes without needing to reset it. Maybe it protects the floor, but it's a nuisance to use. Rubber-like shelf liner woks better.
