As advertised. Easy to put together. Very sturdy and should be really safe for toddler to use. Also, shout out to customer service. They shipped wrong color. We had to have pink for product was for girl. They quickly took care of the issue. Had the return notice quickly and they immediately shipped the replacement that was correct. If needed would buy another one.

I honestly can't say enough good things about this product and the customer service from this company. When we received our order, there was a crack in the standing platform, but everything else was perfect. We really didn’t want to go through the whole hassle of disassembling it, sending it back, and waiting for a new one, especially since we were already so happy with the product.So, we reached out to customer service instead, and I’m so glad we did. We got connected with Julia, who was incredibly kind, apologetic, and super helpful. She quickly arranged for a new tower to be sent out and immediately replaced the cracked platform without any fuss at all. It made what could have been a headache into a super easy process.As for the tower itself, it’s exactly what we were looking for! It’s sturdy, well-built, and perfect for our toddler. The sliding door at the back is a great touch for added safety, and overall, we couldn’t be happier with it. I highly recommend this product and the company behind it!

I first purchased a toddler tower around Christmas time so my grandaughter could make cookies with me and I was very impressed with the quality and sturdiness of the produce. I purchased a second one last week for my daughter and while assembling it, the safety door part split apart. I emailed Ocodile on their website to report it and to my surprise, Julia M. responded the very next morning! She apologized and asked for a couple of pictures to send to their manufacturer so they were aware and issued me a replacement part. She even offered a discount coupon or 10% discount on the purchase, which is something I didn't even ask for! Not only does this company make a quality product but they also stand behind it with exceptional customer service!

We love the size so it’s big enough but not bulky, good quality, sturdy, I love the different height adjustments and because my son is more wobbly I like the full back piece that is removable and can just have a bar… love this one!
