I ordered this to help conserve my round bales. I was keeping up with how long our bales would last our 2 horses and donkey. Before I used the netting one round bales with a hay ring lasted around 2 weeks. There was always waste. Once I started using this netting our bales were lasting 3 weeks. And one thing I may add that I did not expect, our older mare always has trouble mainly in the winter with her teeth. She does not have trouble with them now because I think the netting is making her take smaller bites. They have all 3 maintained their weight with no issues.

Love this hay net. Works just as expected. It slows the horses consumption to mimic more like grazing. A lot less waste without gorging. I also use a haring around it so the horse doesn’t get their shoes caught in it.

This has saved us a ton on hay . Pun intended. Our bales lasted 4 days with 4 horses without it. Now it last 8 days and little waste. Easy to repair as we all know horses.
