Very happy with the Tonie box! It came in excellent condition. It is very user friendly for both adults and toddlers. The app is easy to use and adjust to your desired liking with volume limiters and easy to load characters for the first time. It is very durable, and a great screen free options for our toddlers.

This product is super easy to set up using the Tonie app. I bought this product for my son and he absolutely loves listening to the characters sing and tell stories. It is super easy for a toddler to run, as all they have to do is take one character off the magnetic square and put another one on. My daughter even loves just having it running while they are playing in their rooms. My daughter has requested she get he own Toniebox.

Love this item! Very entertaining, easy to set up and use. Has an app to help keep track of purchases. Quality is excellent. My grandson listens to the music and stories every night at bedtime.

Update: yes it does work without wifi so it can be taken on the go. Only you cannot download new tonies without the wifi connectionDo yourself a favor and BYPASS setting up on the app. That does NOT work. We set it up with the laptop and it was connected in about 2 minutes. When you setup on the laptop they will tell you that you have to find the specific tonies "wifi" network. That is probably why it never worked with setting up on the app. They don't tell you that in any of the instructions on the app. Now that it's setup the kiddo loves it. The characters are so cute that they keep taking them to play with! It's so simple to use and setup new characters. Just pop them on or off and you are good to go. Child can easily turn the volume up and down. Will have to go into settings because they want to skip certain stories and songs and we haven't figured that part out. We haven't been out of wifi range with it so I don't know if it will play without wifi or not while we travel. But you can buy headphones (they sell one) to connect to it so your child can just listen to it alone. You can either leave it plugged in on the dock or once its charged take it off so the child can take it around the house. The sides are soft and padded. A great screen free device to have and if you wait for prime or black friday you can get it for an amazing price. Definitely a great gift to give whether it's a birthday holiday or just because.

A friend suggested the Toni Box as "must have" for my granddaughter. She was right! My granddaughter will be two in less than a month. She quickly learned how to use it and absolutely LOVES it.

Takes a little time to download the app and get it connected to wifi but that doesn't take away from the fact that kids love this. My child will sit and listen to her stories for what seems like ages. The amount of characters that you can find for this is endless.Long battery life and portability are also a plus and add in the interactive controls for volume up/down, fast forward and rewind, makes for a great interactive toy for children of all ages.

The Tonie Box was so easy to set up and have ready for my 19-month-old to have on Christmas morning. He figured out how to change the characters after showing him two times!! I am blown away by how much more he prefers his Tonie Box over screen time now. He loves the Paw Patrol characters it comes with as well as the Play Puppy that has his favorite songs - "The Wheels on the Bus," "The Itsy Bitsy Spider," and "Head, Shoulders, Knees, and Toes." So much fun watching him actively engage in listening to and learning with the songs.

This set was meant to be a starter set with skye. Chase, Marshall and the playful puppy. But I fortunately the tonie was only delivered with 1 skye. Very disappointing.
