I was a little disappointed when I used this tool for the first time. Doesn’t grip things very good. Slips off the pipe or fitting you are trying to tighten. I expected more.

What a pos. Many things wrong..first off the handle is bent. Second is the bottom part of the jaw isn't machined flat at all. Can clearly see it with the baked eye. I usually like crescent tools but this one is a fail. The teeth on the jaws aren't sharp at all either. They just slip on the pipe.

It slips when you put any leverage on it. It also mars any fasteners. No self-respecting pro will use such a tool because the end result has a lot of cosmetic imperfections.
