the description says it will hold conventional toilet paper ,after getting it mounted found out it does not hold any of the paper that can be bought in the grocery store ,tried 4 different brands none will slide over the dispenser mounting spindles ..now I am back trying to find torks brand paper for this dispenser, which is only possible online in the area that we live.very,very unhappy!
