I’ve had other ice machines but this one is far better. The dispensing of the ice is easier. The basket is way bigger than the one I have before and the ice itself is so good. I’ve always loved hospital ice and this is exactly like that!! The price for this machine also was not bad at all

The first machine made a terrible squeal when making ice. They sent me a replacement and it left silver flecks in the ice. They told me the flecks were residue from water tests. Looked more like silver paint flecks to me. I ran 2 self-cleaning cycles and several batches of ice before finally asking for a refund. I really wish it would have worked, it was nice and quiet and makes ice quickly. I hope others have better luck!

This is the BESTEST lil Ice Maker!!!It is small but mighty!Makes great little nuggets of ice.My old machine took forever to produce just one bin of ice. This lil Ice Making Jewel drops pretty little cubes efficiently & abundantly!Great price. Quiet. Has a cool interior light. Attractive on the counter.You need this!

Makes ice fast and did not use as much filtered water as expected. We bought 6 gallons thinking we would need for parties, but have not gone through 3 of them.Only negative is that if you try to freeze premade ice, it sticks together. Best when used directly from the ice maker.

I love the little nuggets. It's fast and works really well. I would recommend purchasing a smaller, more narrow scoop if you wanna easily pour ice into water bottles with out it spilling.

Self cleaning doesn’t work properly. Silver/ blackish specks in ice. Will be returning!

Update: still having problems making ice, works 1/2 the time, lights hardly work and customer service is no help… anything you need to fix you have to tear the thing apart. Unfortunately box got tossed or I’d return it.Worst ice machine I have ever purchased. Loud and having problems making ice. Very very heavy to move around. Will be trashing and buying a new less expensive machine. Was hoping for the best unfortunately. Way over priced.
