The touchless sink faucet works exactly as described as everything operates automatically with just a wave of your hand, helping to conserve water by shutting off when not in use. The design is minimalist and installation is straightforward, as all necessary accessories are included, except for the battery, which is clearly mentioned in the description. Overall, it gives the bathroom a more modern feel with its automatic functionality. Side Note: The customer service is excellent, responding promptly and addressing any concerns efficiently!

Well-built and black matte finish is very nice & smooth. The sensor works properly and I like that you can control temperature (if necessary) instead of having only one temperature setting. No problems with leaks or noise. The motion sensor feature is great (especially for handicap accessibility) but one thing that I didn’t consider before installing this faucet is that it only uses batteries and does not offer an option to use an AC adapter instead; therefore, it may be difficult to change batteries (for some people) since pack is located under countertop inside vanity on back wall. Overall, I really like the look & functionality of this faucet.

I would think that this faucet would be of good quality but as it turned out, all the hoses kinked, and fittings leaked. The hoses were super thin and when I came out of the electronics box fitting to the faucet the hose kinked. When I installed the hot & cold hoses, they also kinked. The flat rubber washer would get cut by the electronics box fitting when tightened. I have to spend an additional $50 to purchase better hoses. It's worked well since I fixed the problem. I should have bought a SLOAN.
