It gets some topical fur, but not any undercoat.It cleans easily, but as far as performance, I was hoping for something more.I will say, it works better for animals who are scared of brushes so I gave it a favorable review.

I bought this to use on my Great Dane… He absolutely loves it. He gets a back rub and I get to shed him out. 😊 it really helps to keep the dander and hair out of the house.

I had one of these 5 decades ago for grooming my horse. I decided to try it out on my short haired dogs and it worked just as good! Well worth getting it to add to your pet care routine!

This grooming mitt really gets the hair off. It does not clog like brushes and the hair pull or falls right off the mitt. It is gentle enough for faces and legs. Since it is one-size-fits-most, it can be harder to use if you have smaller hands but overall it is great for dislodging loose hair efficiently.
