The product is fairly easy to set up in terms of fitting the ends to the towel warmer. Only downside with this product is that it must be hung on the wall for it to be used properly. Currently, I don't have interest in drilling into my wall to install this, so I have it freestanding by itself without any of the support items. This heats up fairly quickly and can get very hot if you're not careful when being next to it. Your towels will always come out very hot, at least in the certain areas that can touch the rings. So hot that I would give it a second just to cool down rather than grabbing it right off the towel rack. If you like to get out of the shower with a warm towel, it really helps deliver with the high quality of care

This towel warmer is working well so far. It gets the towels really warm and was easy to hang. It's a nice white finish which is great if you have white walls especially, since it helps it blend in! Pay attention to which side the cord is on, you can choose either option, and it's important to get the cord on the side that your plug is on so you don't have to stretch it across. It's also pretty big in person, so I'd definitely measure to make sure it'll fit in your bathroom before you order! Nice towel warmer!!

This towel rack gets nice and hot. Not hot enough to burn immediately, but it's uncomfortable if you just grab on and hold your hand there. So it gets the towel(s) nice and toasty. It does take a while to heat up the towels, but it works.Actually purchased this to mount outside since we have a hot tub and keep our towels warm while we're soaking. I'm assuming it would be fine in the elements since it is made to hold wet towels and at a minimum exist in an otherwise wet/humid environment, but I'm not 100% confident so we haven't mounted it yet. Wish there was guidance on the product information or in the instructions about the indoor/outdoor capabilities of this product.
