This was a gift to my parents who enjoy using their hot tub during the winter months. They absolutely love this towel warmer. It's large enough for both of their extra large fluffy bath robes and holds the heat in for a while, even after unplugging.

I bought this due to the many positive reviews. I have always wanted a towel warmer especially for the cooler months. After a few months of use, I have determined that this was not worth it. When I get out of the shower, I quickly retrieve my towel with the anticipation that I will feel nice and warm but I am not. Unfortunately most of the towel feels like I never put it in there to begin with. I have tried the 15 minute, 30 minute and 60 minute setting and still never gets the towel completely warm. I have even tried super thin towels and still no luck. For this item to take up the space that it does, I wish I was happy with it.

The warmer works well, however it came damaged with a cling crack on the top. I will be exchanging it for a new one.

Bought this last year as gift. My son really loved it and was surprised he and grandson loved the warmth of towels after shower. I decided to treat myself this year. I was so delighted by warm towel after shower. Amazing. I loved it so much I sent my daughter and son in law one. You have got to get one. Love the handle that I can easily pick up move and clean around. Don’t know how I lived without this. Love live live it!
