I’ve lost two transfer case linkages because of grommet failures. The grommets disintegrates with age. The circlips will hold the linkage in place, I hope. I’ll also be installing stainless stranded wire just in case.

The bushings were fine but the C clips were the wrong size (too large). Had to use old my pin clips instead.

When my 2005 ram pickup 4wd shifter stopped working, I used these to reattach the linkage.

Product showed up well packaged and quick…… but c clips do not fit the 3rd gen dodge shifter links they are way to big! Bushings are way way to soft and the mold is poorly done and right on the package made in china…..so not waste your time

I've got a 2005 Dodge Ram truck with over 300k miles on it. I've had to replace a few of these grommets over the years. It's easy to do, just annoying that this part fails as often as it does.These ones appear to be comparable to the OE parts and work just fine.
