Great for travel, and really went above my expectations.

This portable steamer works well for what it is. The steam stream isn't extremely strong, but it's enough to get most of the wrinkles out of my blouses and skirts. It heats up pretty quickly and feels surprisingly well made given the price. I also have a professional steamer at home that I only get out for big jobs like the drapes. Definitely worth it for me to not have to lug out the full size steamer all the time.

This product did not perform as expected. Even after following the troubleshooting steps it was not able to produce a steady stream of steam. I do not recommend.

I love that this is compact and fits nicely in a travel bag. It works well but does run out of water pretty quickly so you will need to refill but that should be expected. It gets the wrinkles out and good price. The steamer itself is made well and easy to figure out and use.

This steamer did a great job which is why I'm giving it 5 stars even though there are a couple of factors I'm not crazy about.Recently I did a ruthless paring down in my closet and in the back half I found a few things that I used to wear a lot, that I still really like but that come out of the laundry to wrinkled to wear which is how they ended up in the back half. I decided to try steaming.I had tried a steamer once before without great results. Mostly what I remember about it was that it spit and sputtered and didn't do a great job on wrinkles. This steamer is a whole different story! One thing I found various opinions on was how to position the steamer, whether it should be a few inches from the fabric or right up against it. The consensus seems to be to hold it right against the garment and that is what I found worked best. After taking the first pass on this shirt I decided I should get a picture. This shirt has pockets that kind of hang no matter what you do so "holding them taught" was not really possible. I stuffed the pocket on the left with cotton cloth to give me a more solid surface to steam and it seemed to work better. It put out continuous steam, a lot of it, and did the job fast. There was no sputtering and I could hold it at any angle even almost straight down. (When I tried it straight down, as you would if ironing I got the one and only sputter) I'll be wearing some of those old favorite clothes again. This shirt is rayon. I also did a light weight cotton shirt, a heavier denim shirt and a silk shirt. I was surprised that the silk was the hardest to get the wrinkles out of.The instructions for the steamer said to pay attention to the max and min fill lines in the water tank. I could find no lines anywhere and ended up filling it about 2/3 of the way. It does go through water pretty fast. The other thing I wasn't thrilled with is that there is no good way to set this down while you're working. I laid it on its side on a towel and that worked but didn't feel like the best way. I'd also like it if it came in some kind of carrying case but that's certainly not a deal breaker.I'm very happy with this steamer and I would buy it again.
