I don't know how they came up with 80ml size when it takes at least 30ml minimum per application. So, that gives you 2 applications and not quite enough for the third. Also, a tube extension length of at least half the width of the treadmill is needed. This is too short.

This product fixed my Bowflex elliptical squealing noises on the first try. I did have to put a lot more than the box and the troubleshooting from Bowflex recommended, but it might be because I had never lubricated it before, as per the instructions in the manual. Now it runs smoothly and quietly. I will lubricate it from now on according to the schedule in this product's box and see if less is required going forward. If not, I will likely try a different product, but for now I am very satisfied with the results, and recommend this. The application tube is also very useful for depositing small drops on the rail, as recommended by the maker. Just perfect.

It’s pretty good. I wasn’t sure if it was the track that needed the silicone or a motor issue. It seems the silicone made my treadmill so much quieter so it made me realize it has nothing to do with the motor. Application is easy since it comes out easily out of the bottle. Just lift the track and get the nozzle as deep inside and squeeze so the silicone comes out. Then walk on the treadmill and you begin to realize it’s so much quieter. Pretty straight forward.
