We wanted to install a Ninja line and had trees the right size and distance apart but didn't want to damage the tree trunks. These wrap around the trees first, then the Ninja line gets wrapped around them. They were easy to install and seem to be doing the job. The Ninja line gets a lot of use and is still holding up nice and tightly attached to the trees. No slippage.

We used these tree protectors recently in a state camping park to protect the bark from the clothes line and hammocks we put up. They were super easy to install and held without slipping the entire time. A great way to protect the trees from damage.

Using one of these to protect the branch we've hung a swing from. Doing a good job with that.With one of the protectors, we tried running the swing webbing through one of the guide straps and the strap came loose within a few minutes. If not for that, would give a 5 star rating.

Purchased a couple set of these for the family to use with hammock setups when camping. I have to say these are great. We have used them several times and they away hold up. Never had any issues. My son uses his for Scouts as they are big on leaving the trees as they are found. These are the perfect thing for that. They protect the tree while having all the straps and cords tied to them . Even in a monsoon style rain storm these held fast and did what was needed of them.

Received the protectors Tuesday, April 6, installed them at noon on Wednesday, April 7; by the end of the day removed them because my hammock was hanging considerably lower than it was. Only my children ages 6 & 4 were on the hammock. To my shock, I discovered 1 loop had ripped off, a second 1 was about to on the other protector, and there were even holes on the fabric of both protectors. I contacted ZenMonkey today, April 8, to see if I can get a refund. There's something really wrong with this product: the material is very thin/cheap and the loops are not sewn properly. The idea behind this product is great: protect your slackline, hammock, etc. but it did not work.UPDATE: April 8 ZenMonkey contacted me: offered a refund & another pair of protectors. I am just getting my refund.

This product came quickly, it's good quality. I do think that the price is a tad high but it was the cheapest one I found in my searches so kuddos to them. Not sure why these things are so expensive

Product is durable, allows for the slack line to fit through slots to avoid needing to hold and wrap. Only potential improvement would be to increase the overall length. Product is also small enough to carry in our slack line case

I purchased the ZenMonkey Slacklines Tree Protectors for our slackline to replace our old ones, which wore out after about five years. These protectors are sturdy and do a great job of shielding the trees from damage while we use the slackline. The material feels durable, and they were easy to install. After a few uses, they seem to be holding up well. My only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that I wish they were slightly longer to provide a bit more coverage. Overall, they’re a solid product and do the job!
