These were the cheapest price per lock I could find on the first page of my search results. They're robust & do the job, I use them as trigger locks on my LR-308 and Glock 17. Also using the last one on my fridge handles so my toddler doesn't get into the ice cream before I wake up in the mornings which has become a problem. You can also reset the lock code infinitely, which is great because from the product description it seemed like you could only set it once from the initial 000 and after that it was set in stone forever.

In an emergency if you’re bumbling around looking for keys it could cost you your life.I changed everything from Key locks to combo locks they all have the same combo makes it really easy but keeps the kids out.They are a great value they work perfect.Setting the combo would be my only gripe but it’s not that bad have to use a little tool you push in a hole to set the combo it’s a little bit of a pain and if you lose the tool idk if a paper clip would work.Don’t lose the tool!

I bought a 3-pack of these locks to lock some cabinets, and the three locks all worked as advertised to start. I followed the instructions to change the combinations, verified the new combinations, and that all went as advertised. Then a few days later, when I tried to open the locks for the first time, all of the locks opened, but then none of the locks would lock again. So they were literally one-time use. Complete waste of time and money.I suspect I received returned items, because the packaging seemed a bit off, and they obviously didn't work as advertised. The ridiculously cheap tumblers probably failed/slipped, so what is dialed in for the combination is not what is "going on" inside the locks. I probably should have known these weren't good by the warning in the description "if the combination doesn't work, just try all 1000 possible combinations." In any event, I would not recommend these to friends. If you bought these, I would periodically check to make sure you can open them and lock them again. Again, I'm guessing I received lemons that were previously returned, but I also suspect because of the cheapo, slippery, sloppy tumblers in all 3 of the locks that I received, there could very well be a lot of lemons out there. Do not trust this product to work if/when you need it to.

These locks are easy to set the combination and can be fit to almost any firearm. The only drawback I could find was the bright metal finish and shininess of the black numbering can make it hard to see the combination in certain high-light conditions. It's a distractor more than a negative, but on more than one occasion I found myself squinting on adjusting my view in order to open these. Beyond that, they're cheap and easy insurance to further secure your firearms against mishandling

This combination style cable lock is great for leaver action rifles but the cable could have been an inch longer to make it easier to lock. The push button is a convenient addition and works well. Hopefully this lock will stand up well.

For low cost cable locks these are great. All of my cable is came with the correct pre set code and were east to change to a new combination. Build quality is decent, but like any low cost cable lock if someone wants in they could break the lock or cable with the correct tools and effort. They are good enough to ensure safe transport and temporary storage outside of a safe.Cables are LONG, I'm not sure what I was expecting but they are substantially longer than the "came with the shotgun" generic cable lock provided by some manufacturers. This would be handy if you have something like a lever gun, but can be a bit of a PITA on smaller riffles.
