I bought this foam roller to use in the sauna for yoga/stretch and it’s the perfect size and material. The heat doesn’t affect it and it’s easy to use. I prefer this roller over the ones with bumps on it.

Works great! Higher density with the right amount of give. Good for those hard to stretch muscles. Would recommend.

This is the same size as the one at the PT office, works fine for me. It's quite stiff, and could use a little bit of external cushioning for total comfort like the one in the office, but not enough to be a problem, I can do my 2 minute PT exercise at home quite easily.

Im 192.2 LB at 5'8 and it was a little short for me I'd recommend getting it a little longer
