Please note that the shaft key is included with the engine, not the pump. Our pump does not come with a shaft key. Our pump uses a trapped unloader pressure regulator, which retains some pressure in the high-pressure pipe after shutdown. This is a common design. If you require a flow-sensing regulator with no pressure retention, which is more expensive and less common, our pump is not the right choice.
