I've started a process of replacing my old, cheap, stainless steel pots with more modern, higher-performing pots. After reading a million written reviews and watching a million video reviews of high end stainless steel pots from major name brands, I chose to buy one of these Slotted brand pots, that I'd never heard of, but which looked good, and seemed to have the features I wanted, at a very reasonable, non-astronomical price.I've been so happy with the first one I bought, that I've since bought a second one in a different size, and a frying pan, and a saute pan from this company. So far I'm very happy with the quality, constuction, finish, weight, balance, handle, and performance of these items.

This Slottet brand really impressed me, I put them up there with alot of pro grade cookware. Better than my stainless Cuisinart set. Overall great build quality and finish was fantastic, polished to perfection. I love the handles and the lids fit great. These pots heat up and hold heat like stainless cookware should and it makes cooking easy and predictable. I can tell I'm going to be enjoying these pots for a long time. For your family's health don't buy any non-stick coated stuff, get this instead.

I have all-clad, Viking 7 ply, yada yada yada. This little pot is awesome. I use the steamer basket all the time. It cleans up like stainless should and is a solid piece of my collection. A GREAT DEAL.

Beautiful yet sturdy, this is a very versatile pot. It can be used as a steamer, as well as a regular sauce pot. Easy to clean, I just pop it in the dishwasher and it come out perfectly clean. Great for small kitchens with minimal space because it takes the place of several pots. I highly recommend this.

This is my vegetable steamer and boiler, and a soup reheat pot. It gets used almost daily. The pot is heavier bottomed than most steamers. The steamer is deep enough for two types of vegies for two. I like the steamer lid which fits well on both pot and steamer. Like the spouts. Not prone to sticking

For a large pot that can hold a gallon of liquid, the thin round handle makes it incredibly difficult to pour out liquids. If you wash your Stainless by hand, you will have difficulty keeping it stable with soapy hands. It is a quality pot, but I don't like it.
