I'm in the process of setting up our machine shop to go ethernet to serial RS232 using the Moxa NPort 5110A devices. I was initially concerned about the Moxa to CNC cable connection. So far, these cables work great connecting our CNC machines without requiring any additional adapters. They look and feel of good quality. Definitely ordering more to finish the setup.

used this cable with a usb to db9 adapter to connect to a haas mill cnc. works perfectly.

While this cable is correctly wired as a null modem cable (TxD is wired to RxD and vice versa), it is *not* wired for full handshaking as advertised. RTS and CTS lines are tied to DCD at both ends, making this a "partial handshake" cable (and useless to me).

Pins 2&3 are not crossed - not a null modem cable, would get 0 stars but no way to do that

Finalmente pude conectar mi antiguo mini printer. Jala perfecto con win10. Mucho más barato por amazon que en cualquier plaza del cómputo.
