We needed a stand for a customized cutting board we received as a gift. This holds and displays it well. It's sturdy and looks elegant enough. It's very light weight, but holds the weight of the wooden cutting board without a problem. I would recommend this item.

I have an 8X10 plaque that came with a pull out cardboard stand. However it broke from me trying to have it stand correctly. So I bought this black metal stand and it worked perfectly! It is just the right size to hold the plaque and I don't have to be concerned about it moving or breaking. Definitely worth the money.

I was looking for a simple plain design. This stand fits the bill. It's a wire stand, so it's lightweight but sturdy. It may be a bit too light weight for the purpose of holding a rectangular glass clock. The stand seems to slowly on itself (which wouldn't happen if my clock was round) due to lack of friction. The weight of the clock wants to slide down which then pushes forward and then pushes the stand legs closer.

These stands are useful for displaying books, decorative plates, art, or holding a phone/tablet/digital picture frame. Pay attention to what size plate/item these stands are recommended for. The first set I purchased was far too small and it tipped over backward. Also the first time it tipped over, some paint chipped off the tip of one of the three legs. I purchased a larger set and it worked much better. I don't think the paint and overall quality is very good on these, but they are cheap, and practical for a variety of display applications.

I purchased this to display a very old and large “turkey platter†that belonged to my deceased mother -in-law. Worked like a charm. Heavy enough to hold this monster platter.
