I had a problem with my initial order of these holders. I reached out to the seller through Amazon and the owner of the company reached to me to make it right. After shipping replacements along with a return label for the defective units, he reached out again to make sure everything was working the way it should. If I could give 6 Stars I would. I'm so impressed with this company, I just bought several more slatwall accessories to add to my setup.Customer service like this is worth all the repeat business I can give.
