The listing showed two different lengths 27" and 48"I asked the seller which length was correct but didn't get an answer.I went ahead and ordered this "Truper Tru Pro Steel Drain Spade" and it has a 48" total length.This is the length I had hoped for.The spade is well made and should last my life time.

This spade is a beast! The steel is thick and sturdy, and the handle is comfortable to grip. I used it to dig a trench for a new drain line, and it cut through the tough clay soil like butter. Highly recommend it for any serious digging jobs.

TRUPER PRODUCTS SUCK!!! Do NOT waste your time or hard earned money. cracked on the first use. i contacted customer service as the products come with "LIFETIME WARRANTY".. Dont fall for that.they stopped responding to my emails as soon as i sent them pictures and explained how their cheap product broke....TRUST ME DO NOT BUY. Highly over priced. ive owned a wooded drain spade from home depo that lasted me 2 years. this "ALL STEEL" drain spade from TRUPER lasted 1 hour... same use. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH TRUPER. !!!!!! 💯

So happy I was able to find this shovel. It's very sturdy and great design for those narrow holes. This shovel is the same as the old metal Kobalt shovel lowes doesn't sell anymore. Lowes is losing out lol
