As one of the other customers wrote I got it piled it up used it for 30 minutes and it just stopped. Nothing dropped, didn’t hit the switch it just stopped while tufting a big project. I sent it back without getting a exchange because I couldn’t waste anymore time if the next one died on me mid work. I got one from a separate seller and I’ve been cool with it.

Do YOUR RESEARCH. I ended up returning the item the day I opened it, it came cracked and broke after about 20 minutes of using it, right about the time I got the hang of it. Ended up buying a gun from Tuft-Love (based out of Colorado) and won’t look back. Don’t get scammed and don’t waste your money on this product!!!
