I ordered 2 full black loft beds with drawers and desk for our twin girls. There was a mixup with 2 drawers. They sent 2 wood drawers instead of the black that we ordered. I reached out to the seller and they’re making it right. There is a delay due to them being out of stock with the replacement drawers, but they assured me it will take about 25 days to receive. That doesn’t bother me due to them making it right and they can’t help the circumstances. I rate it a 5 because the bed surpassed my expectations, and though there was a mixup, the seller is fixing the issue, and was so polite and honest about the situation. No complaints here! Also, it was time consuming putting it together, but overall it really wasn’t that bad like you would probably think. Directions were very clear! It comes with all the tools you need also. The entire frame and makeup is very sturdy. LED lights are very impressive also!

Very impressed by the bed, the delivery was fast, it came with free LED lights, a rail rack to hang things, plus hooks to hang the stuff, awesome drawers the whole package, mini desk with plugs on it regular plugs plus USB etc it's a really cool bed my son loves it ðŸ˜. This is super cute fun bed for kids or teens. It was a little difficult to assemble but I managed with the help of my daughter. It really give my 5 year old so much more room to play with all her Barbie toys. The Barbie house fits right under it. We used the drawers for toys and the desk hold her Barbie camper, and all the other Barbie items that are to big for her toy box.The box was missing one drawer handle but we are working with customer service to replace that. I have low ceilings so the bed is very close to the ceiling but she loves it.

I got this bed as a surprise for my 7 year old daughter. She loves it! It took about 3 hours to put it together. For the beginning you need two people to put it together. Once you have the main frame up and the bars in for the bed you set and can finish it alone. It’s very simple and easy to assemble. Highly recommend!

They drilled the holes for the dresser drawers incorrectly and so the drawers are lopsided. Very upset. There are no other holes to make them evened out.
