It is a nice ice bucket. The “free ice scoop†is really too tiny to use with the bucket. They shouldn’t even bother including that — also noteworthy there’s no lid.The bucket is attractive and I’m happy with it. Now I will go buy a proper size ice scoop.

We do not have the ice maker feature on our fridge because we aren't often putting ice in our drinks and wanted the fridge and freezer space for daily food storage, etc. BUT when we have people over it's always inconvenient to try to keep ice frozen and handy in a cooler. This ice bucket got several compliments at our family gathering yesterday. Great looking and while the ice eventually melted as the night went on, there were still cubes in there after 5 hours. We were also thrilled to get this Saturday afternoon for our Saturday evening gathering, and naturally didn't think about trying to get an ice bucket until Friday! Thanks for overnight delivery Amazon staff!!

It keeps the ice cold, but produces lots of condensation on the outside of the bucket. The second time I used it I placed it on a kitchen towel.

The product did not come with a lid or scoop when it was delivered to me. Furthermore, there were scratches on the inside of the bucket as if it was used before. After receiving the replacement for the order, it came missing a lid. What good is an ice bucket without a lid? This was supposed to be a gift, but now I'm left with nothing to give after having gotten it twice. Very pathetic.
