these look like they are manufactured quite nice although they were way smaller than they anticipated They do say 8th of an inch so that is my fault I have no idea what I could potentially use these for but the quality seems very nice and I did put one in to my router just to try it out and there was no issues it worked fantastic I don't know what one would be making with a router this tiny maybe a building for ants

I've bought several of these sets already, and this one seems to be the same as the others I've bought from different sellers. I've used them for both wood and aluminum. The smaller bits break easily due to their size, so I take very small, slow passes at a high RPM to keep them from breaking in aluminum. I have yet to wear out any of these bits. Almost all breakages are of the smallest ones and are from me doing dumb things, like cutting a very narrow path and not leaving enough room for chip removal. I think these sets are a great value, especially if you want variety to experiment with.

I'm not going to get into too much detail on this one, but this is one of those cases in which you're paying to have the variety of bits and not quality. The quality of these bits are questionable and you'll more than likely go through your main sizes quite quickly. They dull very quickly and as such you run through them at an incredible pace. Once you determine the main sizes you'll be using do yourself a favor and get those in higher quality.

This is a great collection of various sizes, all in a 1/8 inch shank diameter. They provide detail carving needed for some of my designs. Durability of these small size cutters is always an issue and I expect them to be as good as any other. The number of bit provided for the cost value ids exceptional.

I was hoping this set of 40Pcs would be good enough due to the selection for various projects. While the variety offered is indeed awesome, I'm disappointed that the quality is less than ideal. After first use, it became evident that these bits were not built to last. Despite their Nano Blue Coat and Titanium Coat, which initially seemed good, they quickly dulled after just one or two uses.Furthermore, the performance of the bits was inconsistent. Some struggled to maintain precision even on relatively simple cuts, resulting in jagged edges and uneven surfaces. Others chipped or broke altogether, rendering them unusable after minimal usage.

This is a nice selection of bits. They are packaged in plastic holders which makes keeping them separated much easier. Durability is unknown as it will take a while to assess this.If I see that durability is an issue, I will change this review and downgrade the rating.

The 1/8" 2-flute bits seem excellent. The kit is a good deal just for these. I am much less impressed by the nano-blue and Titainum coated bits. These bits have very long cutting lengths compared to their diameter, which I expect would make them very prone to breaking. A quick ruler check says that the cutter length is about 10mm, which gives over 10X diameter ratio in the smaller diameters. It would seem better to me if the flute length was more on the order of 3-5x diameter, which also would be closer to the maximum depth i'd feel comfortable milling with a bit this small unless there was no other way to produce the feature....I also noticed a lot of variation in the color of the nano-blue bits. No way to tell if this is normal and doesn't matter, or if it reflects an issue with the coating or heat treat of the material. The packaging is EXCELLENT - the bits come in plastic holders that keep each one separate and protected, even when the bits are used, I will likely keep the holders for other bits, taps, etc.It is worth noting that the price of these bits approach 'disposable' - so quality and durability almost don't matter.... These are about $1 each, comparable size "Name" bits can be $20-40 or more EACH...
