I am using this in a commercial 220v application. Works without any issues. But no instructions or what so ever. Took me some time for research. The only downside is the stranded wire looks thin for 15a load. However it is working fine so far.

This switch works pretty well for the dual pole single throw application that I had which is to disconnect both legs of a 220v circuit.

These toggle switches are made somewhat cheaply. The plastic inside of them breaks fairly often when using the switches regularly. It doesn't seem to take much at all to break them. That being said, they work just fine otherwise.
