Great little adapter. Worked perfectly right out of the box on an older desktop PC.Connects without issue, and Windows 10 had built in drivers ... no compatibility issues at all.It's small, but not so small you lose it immediately if you drop it.

This bluetooth dongle works OK not great but good enough. The range is not great but all my Bluetooth devices are connected with no real issues. Pretty much plug and play with Windows 11 recognizing the Ugreen Bluetooth dongle and installing the drivers on its own with no disc needed.

Worked perfectly 👌 plug and play easily. I brought this item because my PC MB don't have wifi capability so I use this for the phone link app and I can now easily make phone calls on my computer. They also include easy instructions that's simple to understand. The connection is amazing no lag at all.

All of the sudden the internal Bluetooth on my PC was becoming REAL spotty and I was getting intermittent dropouts and disconnections. Bluetooth audio would become static-y and then disconnect completely after no more than 10 minutes at a time. The UGREEN adapter has solved my problem!! I tried a lot of driver uninstall/reinstall troubleshooting before purchasing this dongle. It was all a waste of time and energy. Great Quick Start Guide in the package, reminding you to disable internal Bluetooth if you have an issue like mine. Very cheap also!

This blue tooth adapter works perfectly. Easy to install (Windows found it immediately) and connected to my ear-pods and mouse instantly. Nice to have a product just work.

Installed and worked immediately. No hassles as it found and connected to my headset.I bought this as it has a larger area that does outside the USB port which will make it easier to pull out and otherwise manage.

En donde trabajo no nos permiten instalar nada, ni software ni la instalación de un simple controlador, por polÃticas de seguridad etc. TenÃa un receptor similar tplink, el cual necesitaba la instalación de un controlador en W11 y por lo tanto no funcionaba, no reconocÃa ningún dispositivo BT. Entonces, tuve que recurrir a este adaptador y funcionó sin problema. No tuve necesidad de instalar nada. Lo uso para conectar mis audÃfonos BT para conferencias en teams. La conexión es muy estable. Recomiendo ampliamente este dispositivo tipo plug & play.

My PC motherboard doesn't have Bluetooth or WIFI built in and this little Bluetooth dongle has made using my PC in a significant way. It is easy to install by simply connecting it to a USB port on your computer and then it is ready to use. The dongle has great range for such a small device, with my phone being connected via Bluetooth all over my house and even outside on the street. I have noticed some lag in sound and picture when watching TV or movies using Bluetooth, but the overall quality is very good.
