Quick PSA for future shoppers.Please connect this directly into your MOBO, not the computer case.Your MOBO has better connectivity and it should allow it to sound normal. I tried connecting this into my computer's case which has USB 3.2 and it still didn't work as well.

This product randomly disconnects or the driver crashes. Also it’s from Barrot, and Ugreen just re-branded it. It’s a piss poor product that doesn’t have any official driver support and their driver website is God awful.

Initially the audio was terrible, sounding very compressed with random pitch changes. Tried several USB ports, websites, and audio sources, all sound just as bad. Eventually discovered my bluetooh headphones show up 2 times in windows 'Set playback devices'. One has bad audio, would sounds good, so try both if yours sounds bad.

my laptop's Bluetooth card was starting to get damaged and loose connection often, it would even corrupt the signals every now and then, so I decided to buy this adapter to replace it, it worked right out of the box as soon as I followed the instructions to disable the integrated Bluetooth, the connection is perfect with very low latency, and my connection issues are all solved

Utilizo este dispositivo para remplazar el que trae mi pc, debido a su pobre desempeño. Mi experiencia con el teclado y mouse mejoró enormemente. Más alcance, mejor respuesta y menos latencia. Estoy muy satisfecho con él.

Product was super easy to setup and has allowed me to us my TWS and Game controller seamlessly on my older tower gaming computer. I detect no issues or lag with either BT device. Found it has great range as well.

Funcionou perfeitamente bem, consegui inclusive usar meus fones de ouvido bluetooth do celular para o PC, enfim finalmente poderei usufruir da jogatina sem me incomodar com as orelhas latejantes por conta de grandes fones de ouvido. Ugreen é outro nÃvel, dá para confiar, vale cada centavo.

Ero molto titubante nell'acquistare questo ricevitore bluetooth, perché avendo letto alcune recensioni negative mi sono tirato un po' indietro, ma mi sono detto "LO ACQUISTO E PROVO". L'ho installato su un PC fisso con sistema operativo Windows 10 64 bit, configurato, ed ho provato a passare dei file da smartphone a PC; ho passato quasi 20 foto, e NESSUN PROBLEMA ripeto NESSUN TIPO DI PROBLEMA riscontrato sia nel leggere il dispositivo dal PC, che passare i file mediante bluetooth. Certo ok alcuni di voi avete avuto dei problemi, e ci può stare....forse perché o non veniva configurato bene o sicuramente il prodotto era difettato o magari non era compatibile, a me invece FUNZIONA e va benissimo. Avevo acquistato questo modello e quello della TpLink ma ho detto "PROVO PRIMA QUESTO" e così è stato; buon prodotto rapporto qualità /prezzo per un uso tradizionale. CONSIGLIO
