So this is a pricey box and components. However, I used this to move 400 miles recently (I paid for movers to load and unload) and it worked just fine. Zero broken bottles, no problem putting it together, and I actually gave it to someone else to use for their move as it had lots of life left. I highly recommend it and if I move again I will repurchase and use another one of these (no room for storage or I'd of kept this one!)

We used a couple of these boxes to transport wine on an airline (checked baggage). Everything make it without damage. I was able to put Pinot Noir bottles in by spacing them out and putting skinny bottles between them. The cardboard is good quality. Be aware that these boxes are bigger dimensionally than a standard wine box because of the extra corrugated material used to enhance the cushioning/protection. I’ll be buying more of these boxes for more wine shipments.
