This is a great rehab device for stiff and injured knee joints. Use this in conjunction with training exercises to increase flexibility. Recommended.

Doesn't fit a 11.5" wide foot so wasn't able to use it. I think it should have been built larger.Does look well built. Straps are thick. Plastic is strong, with a nice cushion for the foot.

The Velcro to get your foot in doesn't leave a lot of extra room, so for those with big feet this may not work, but I can't say as my feet are normal thickness for a woman with average sized feet. Your toes stick over it. The strap isn't stretchy or anything, so you just use it how is best for you. I did find it gave a nice stretch.

Doesn't come with any instructions on how to utilize the equipment or recommended stretches/moves. It is a solid piece, however. Well made.
