After three decades my commercial high security push button high security lock stopped working. This door & lock is between the garage & the laundry room.Ordered the lid lock from Amazon and it was delivered the next morning.Installing it was pretty simple after removing the old door lock. It is easy to program and use. I love the NFC feature using my Apple Watch or the credit card sized digital key.My only issue was my misunderstanding about the handle set screws. Ignore the extra two that are included with the hardware screws. The ones for the doorknobs are already inserted into the unit. Just place the hex wrench into the installed hole and turn counterclockwise.

Got the product 1st one did not connect to WIFI they shipped another right away. The replacement worked, Fast and easy to install. They do not require you to send the old one back that also saves time. Lock works great app is a life saver. I will be replacing the garage door with one soon.

Customer service resolved any issues I had with the door knob. Highly recommended product and works great, connects to wifi so I can monitor and use remotely.

I normally don't write reviews when I'm not happy with a product but this one has me pretty peaved. The lock otherwise seems great.. Looks nice, good quality, etc. But for some inexplicable reason, they make it impossible to disable the auto-lock feature. This basically means that everyone who will walk through this door will need the ability to unlock it. I own a fitness studio and was excited to find a product that meant I didn't have to issue keys to my whole staff. (I could set up their fingerprints). However, my staff needs to leave the door unlocked so that members can walk through the door. Seems pretty basic for a locking door handle don't you think? Ya know, someone unlocks it and it remains unlocked until someone locks it again? Oh well, I guess this one's going back in the box and back to U-Tec. Also I should add part of my frustration is due to the fact that I tried to create an account on their support portal to voice my opinion but there seems to be a bug in that system and I'm unable to create an account. So I guess I'll voice my opinion here.

Won't open if your finger is wet or cold. Compared to the sensor on your phone, this uses a terrible sensor. Battery goes from medium to dead in days if you have wifi enabled, and doesn't warn you.

This was a great buy! Cheaper than others on the market and does the job! The app and wireless capability are convenient. Not sure why it only supports 2.4ghz network. At this day and age it should support a 5.0. All works great though!

I initially had a problem with the lock. Uloc acted quickly and sent me a new one. Great customer support. Lock works great and exactly what I wanted. So nice to not have to walk around with a key anymore!

Arrived within 4 business days from Amazon AU to Auckland, NZ. Looks as pictured. The lock was installed by a locksmith in 30 minutes. The App is easy to download and use - and you can manage the lock remotely. Option to add other smart devices in the range linked to the App. Also option for partner/kids/multiple persons to have their own codes, you can set/delete them at any time in the App. Unreliable thumb print - 50% first time. Otherwise, the lock face is black until activated by your palm when the digits show to punch in the respective codes.I've used for 2 months now, I am happy with the lock and would still recommend.
