This door sweep was easy to install and cut. I unfortunately have a bit of uneven tile and therefore was not able to get the snuggest fit. I have another door sweep that has little hairs on the bottom which just seems to be better suited for me and my uneven tiles. I did like that this one was very forgiving during install and I was able to reposition it so that it was in the best possible place for my door. Was easy to cut with regular scissors. Came complete with wipe to make sure that the door was clean and it had the best adhesion possible. The large kit covered over 2 doors in my home. Working great to keep cat toys and dust out of the closet bottoms so far.

This door draft stopper was relatively inexpensive and works decently well at keeping draft out. That said, it uses an adhesive, so only time will tell how long this solution lasts. I'm also curious whether it will keep out small bugs. I recommend this for the price and easy installation.

Two of our exterior-facing doors, one in the kitchen to our backyard and the other in our living room to our garage are original to our 25-year-old house and were showing their age when it came to their draft-stopping ability. Both have pet doors fitted to them and this in turn requires a customized solution to providing weather-stripping and this flexible roll of self-adhesive vinyl is perfect for the job. It's easy to cut/trim to size, has a wide and strong adhesive strip that grabs and holds reliably, and the flexible 'sweep' of the bottom allows it to sit flush with either tile or carpet and work just as well. The simple instruction sheet outlines the steps involved, the most critical being the use of the 'adhesive booster' wipes to properly clean/prep the surface before sticking them in place. It's a good idea to use a clean rag or paper towel before the wipes as any dirt present will compromise the glue's grip over time if you don't. There's also a caution in the instructions about applying it when the glue is 'cold' but it was perfectly sticky at room temperature of about 70 degrees when I put them on and they held up just fine overnight even with nighttime temps in the 20s-30s.
