Easy to install and I used it so my cats toys would not go into the furnace room.

This draft stopper has been a great addition to my home, especially during colder months. It has a nice weight, ensuring it stays in place, and the felt-like material helps trap dirt and dust as well. I was able to adjust it to fit my older, non-standard door size, which was a pleasant surprise. Though it’s a bit on the pricey side, it’s definitely worth it for the energy savings and added comfort in my room. I’ve been very pleased with its performance.

It’s difficult to put together and didn’t fill the space under my door which is about 1.5 inches

Horrible product. Oversized for a two inch thick door and doesn't stay in place. Poor seal!

This stopper was perfect. We had an uneven, huge (>1.2") gap under our apartment door that was causing a draft. The assembly was a little funny, where I was taping foam blocks together (tape is included), but once it was fitted it worked great. The assembly comes with adhesive clear Velcro strips to keep it in place, but we didn't even need it. The door is coarse enough on the bottom that it usually holds it perfectly in place, and if it does start to drift it recenters automatically when the door is shut. The excess slack in the sleeve is easily folded over and hidden. We've noticed an instant improvement in draft blocking, sound noise and feeling of privacy. It's currently listed as $25, on sale for $18. It's definitely worth the on-sale price, and not bad at its retail price. If you have a very large gap under your door this is a good option.

This does reduce noise and block light but after opening and closing the door as often as I do ht seems a little flimsy. I may change the stuffing for something else.

I watched the video in the listing about how to cut these to the exact length you want. I thought it was a curious method, but I went ahead and ordered it anyway. My husband opened the package and couldn't figure out why I had ordered a bunch of styrofoam. I explained the custom build process and he went to work getting these the exact length of our door. It was simply to assemble this to be the perfect fit. It makes our door a lot harder to open and close to have this on there, but it keeps out the draft. The other nice thing is that it doesn't fall off with all the movement. It is securely and snugly fitted around the door and doesn't let anything come in, go out, or fall off. It also looks nice with the black cover that goes over the styrofoam.
