I ordered this from the DIY Door Store here on Amazon. Dimensions were exactly as described and quality is very good! This product was sent directly from DIY Door and arrived WAY ahead of schedule, that was a very pleasant surprise! Upon receiving, I opened the box and it was packaged very well, no damage at all! Imagine, a window being shipped via FedEx and it never broke!!!! Lol! Install was very easy, took longer to prep and paint my door than it took to actually install it! Hardware is included (screws and plugs), there were even extras!!! Instructions on tightening screws, etc came with the window, just make sure to follow directions if you've never done this before. I'm happy with the new window! Also, great customer service if you ever speak to them on the phone!

Great insert, fit perfectly, but only 4 stars because the outer right corner was cracked, and we didn't notice till we went to install it. Sad, but we will fill the crack with a little exterior caulk and it won't be noticeable. ♥ï¸

This fits a 1-3/4'' thick door. Y door is 1-3/8 '' thick and I needed to shim it on the inside to make the gasket compress on the outside to make it flush and water tight. Also, for costing me well over $100, you would think that they could have sent a paper template to make it fit the cut the first time. The plastic protrusions for the screws interfered with the area cut out of the door and needed to be trimmed . I was also disappointed that the sticky gasket material on the outside piece was stuck to the Styrofoam shipping material. I had to provide my own caulking material to make the surface weathertight.

I was spray painting the door with auto paint and removed the window for paint and accidentally got broken thank goodness Amazon had one to replace it

Product was serviceable and good quality was expecting colored stained glass per website picture. Kinda disappointed. Had to use product as my entry glass was broken. Need to replace pictures
