Zero complaints. Well put together and works perfectly for intended use. Definitely worth the money, bought a cheaper different kind of projector holder and that one sucked. Easy to adjust as well of need be.

For starters, the instructions were not legible at all. It looked like a copy of a copy of a copy! Now on to the actual quality of the item. Not sturdy at all. Made out of very thin aluminum. I doubt seriously this could hold much weight! Then the hardware included was an absolute joke. As a DYIer, an very familiar with what hardware (screws, bolts, etc) should be used for different applications. First, the bolts supplied were made of aluminum!! Which is why I to read so many reviews complaining about the head stripping when trying to tighten. Then, they were far too short to get a decent 'bite' into the threads!So I threw away all the useless hardware supplied and used my own bolts.The design also left a lot to be desired! I also had to modify the dam thing to ensure it wouldn't drop it if the ceiling!! But I did it cause I like a challenge.Unless you 'know your way around a toolbox' don't even bother!!!Absolute PRC crap!!!!

The only thing I don't like is if you have a heavy thing on it it bends the metal

Used in a youth group room for our projector. Easy installation even with ceiling tiles. I appreciate the low profile. We play lots of games that sometimes get crazy, and so far it seems it’s low profile has kept it from being hit

I was expecting a better quality product for the price. It included a random assortment of parts, screws, and bolts that you don’t even need. The instructions also called out parts that didn’t come with it. It was a mess. I managed to get it together and hang it despite this. It functions fine but was an absolute mess of a product.
